The "Fattoria La Loggia" preserves the charm of the "good old times", where the magical atmosphere of the Renaissance is combined with the warmth and comfort of the Tuscan countryside and its rural landscape —a true refuge for a refined and exclusive stay.

Its structure is designed on the formula of the "widespread village": an ancient series of buildings dating back to 1427 which today comprises apartments, rooms, an art center, and a park.

The Estate

Completely immersed in the pleasant Tuscan countryside, "La Loggia" still tells the story of the enduring link between man and the Earth, enshrouded by 35 hectares of vines and olive groves.

  • Beyond perfect!

    We stayed here for a wedding. The views from here are stunning, we had a lovely room with a very generous en suite. The pool is amazing and the bbq and seating area has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was nice (especially the cake). Everything for the wedding was fantastic and the cellar for the evening dancing was a great setting. What a perfect few days.

  • Wonderful stay

    We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed it a lot. It is a working winery with beautiful views over the vineyards. We bought picnic stuff in a nearby town and overlooked the vineyards while having that and the winery's sparkling wine at sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is half an hour's drive from Florence and a good alternative to accommodation in Florence. We would love to go back there some day.

  • Magnificent

    The DiMedicie's former summer Villa, set amidst rolling San Giovese grape vineyards. It's outdoor art preserve: the artwork is on the OUTSIDE. Massive rooms with old wood beam ceilings, modern bathroom. The ruins of an old Etruscan Village is 100 yards away. I led a group of 24 people who had never been to Italiy or Europe - they still talk about Fattoria La Loggia. It's everything you have dreamed of the Tuscan Hills.
