The "Fattoria La Loggia" preserves the charm of the "good old times", where the magical atmosphere of the Renaissance is combined with the warmth and comfort of the Tuscan countryside and its rural landscape —a true refuge for a refined and exclusive stay.

Its structure is designed on the formula of the "widespread village": an ancient series of buildings dating back to 1427 which today comprises apartments, rooms, an art center, and a park.

The Estate

Completely immersed in the pleasant Tuscan countryside, "La Loggia" still tells the story of the enduring link between man and the Earth, enshrouded by 35 hectares of vines and olive groves.

  • Perfect Spot, Amazing People!

    What a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Chianti. We visited in June, 2015 and had an amazing experience. Ivana was the kindest, most helpful person we have met in years. Sadly, we had to leave early due to an emergency at home. Ivana went over and above to help us during a tough time. We will certainly be back very soon.

  • Simply Splendid

    A 600+ year old farmhouse with stunning views over the Tuscan Valley, what's not to like. Such a warm reception from the staff on arrival and throughout our stay, even preparing an early breakfast on our last day as we had to depart early. They also provided lots of insight into nearby restaurants etc including booking them for us. Also recommended and booked a horseback ride nearby which was great. Rooms are very comfortable not modern but that is not what you want here. Would rush back if I could.

  • Great location for exploring Tuscany

    Vineyard/villa conveniently located in the central part of Tuscany between Florence and Siena. Nicely appointed studio apartments. Ivanna, the manager is warm and friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Wine tastings are available. Many great restaurants are within a short drive of the villa as is a supermarket. Gorgeous views of the Tuscan landscape abound. Highly recommend. Would surely return here.
